Who We Are

Principal Robert O'Brien spent nine years on his city's historic preservation board (two years as chair) and saw hundreds of applications for infill development. During that time, Robert witnessed several project teams get bogged down by incompatible designs and an inability to respond effectively -- leading to delays, multiple workshops, abutter opposition, and in some cases, lawsuits.
